Normann Safari is located very conveniently for a lot of good sightseeing and fantastic experiences, we will gladly help, advise and make suggestions for you.

Our rates vary according to length of stay and season. We suggest you send your enquiry per e-mail to info@normannsafari.com or phone +27 (0)72 418 7286.

We will come up with the best rate for you!

Extra beds are only possible in some rooms at the bush lodge, and we recommend them for teens or children under 16 years.

Discount for children under the age of 12 years is available, when the child is sharing with two adults in the bush lodge. We also have a baby cot, high chair, pram and child safety seat.

Other facilities at the bush lodge include bath chairs, toilet chairs and a lift next to the swimming pool for our disabled guests.

Lunch and dinner can be arranged on request in due time before the day of arrival.

A shuttle service to the airport, golf course and excursions can be arranged on request in due time before arrival.

Kindly send us your enquiry with details regarding dates, your likes and dislikes and any special requests. We will gladly provide you with a tailor made programme for your stay at Normann Safari Bush Lodge or Normann Safari Vacation House.

Internet access, however kindly be aware of Wi-Fi, speed, availability etc. is BUSH standard.

Discounts and supplements does not apply to the vacation house, which is a unit on self-catering basis!

Kindly be aware that a deposit of the first night’s stay is required within 72 hours to secure the reservation.

When you know the date for your stay (of 3 nights or more), kindly send us an email (info@normannsafari.com) in order to make sure of availability. Once this is confirmed, you may make a reservation by sending an e-mail with the following information: name(s), address, contact number, date and time of arrival and departure. Once the booking is finalised, you will receive a confirmation and invoice per email.

For long stays or safari packages we require a deposit according to below schedule.

In the event of a cancellation, please notify us immediately at info@normannsafari.com.

A cancellation fee will be levied equal to the required deposit payment.

If deposit of 1^st night’s stay has been paid, it is considered as the cancellation fee, the deposit is non-refundable in all cases.

Normann Safari reserves the right to cancel all bookings at any time in case of force majeure, in a state of war or similar states and actions, strike, natural disaster, cataclysm or any other incidental occurrences without our influence. In case of cancellation made and decided by Normann Safari due to force majeure, Normann Safari will refund full already paid amount. No other claim can be made on further compensation nor on other kind of refund.
